As an Operations Manager (f/m/d) , you will launch and run our first line end-to-end: Turning concepts into reality, managing partners, and delivering on commercial and operational KPIs while building and leading your own team. Tasks Prepare our launch: Take over major strategic projects with multiple external key partners such as train workshops, manufacturers, leasing companies, engineering partners and regulators Run the first line: Bring our first train on the tracks managing multiple partners and bring your own concepts to reality Think from scratch: You will co-lead the first operational base with the management team and will be responsible for defining and meeting commercial and operational KPIs on the first line Build and lead your team: After the groundwork is done, hire, lead and develop an operational team who makes Nox the most loved travel brand in Europe
