Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Design, Construction, and Workplace Operations to support workplace and real estate projects.
  • Assist in delivering projects across the real estate lifecycle, including office fit-outs, refurbishments, workplace upgrades, and strategic initiatives.

  • Demonstrate flexibility by rotating across different areas of the Corporate Real Estate function to gain end-to-end exposure to the real estate lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience in project management, corporate real estate, construction, facilities management, workplace services, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated learning agility, curiosity, and a willingness to take on new challenges across different areas of Corporate Real Estate.
  • Ability to work fully on-site (five days per week).
  • Internship or professional experience in commercial real estate, workplace design, construction, facilities management, or related industries.
  • Basic understanding of project delivery processes and the commercial real estate lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Passion for the built environment and an interest in developing a long-term career within Corporate Real Estate.
