-Sanitarians investigate health and safety in business environments, work to enforce safety and health regulations, and identify risk factors. -Observe the behavior of employees at the facility to ensure they are working to prevent the spread of disease. -Educate the public and individuals about methods to reduce contamination. -Develop protocols to maintain public and industrial hygiene standards. -Enforcing existing health regulations in community practice. -Monitor waste disposal and handling in environments such as hospitals, businesses and the public sector. -Bachelor degree from Environmental Health, Public Health, Biology, or any related major -Environmental Health, Public Health, Biology, or any related major -Preferably have 5 years of experience in various fields of environmental health, hygiene or industrial safety -In-depth understanding of sanitation practices, infection control, and health and safety regulations. -Familiarity with healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is beneficial.
