Job Description: Join our dynamic team in Dallas or Kansas City as a Bilingual Centralized Leave Management Coordinator! We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to streamline our client's employee leave processes. This role will navigate deadlines and document requirements during employee leaves. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for supporting employee well-being, this is the role for you. Essential Responsibilities: Serve as point of contact for employees regarding Leave of Absence claims. Facilitate ADA leave process from request to return to work. Ensure compliance with company policies for leave and ADA processes. Review medical documentation for ADA leave eligibility and compliance. Address complex ADA cases with HR, legal counsel, and stakeholders. Identify and implement reasonable accommodations for return to work. Maintain accurate, confidential records of ADA leave requests and communications.
