  • Optimize Deductions: Identify and apply legitimate tax reliefs, rebates, and optimization strategies.
  • Audit & Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for IRAS correspondence, resolving queries and checking Notices of Assessment.
  • Secure Records: Maintain strictly confidential, well-organized digital archives of all financial records.
  • Confidentiality & Risk Management
  • Handle highly sensitive personal and business information with strict confidentiality
  • Ensure privacy, discretion, and professionalism at all times
  • Respond quickly to urgent issues and last-minute changes
  • Key Requirements / Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience supporting executives or HNW individuals
  • Experience in private households, family offices, or luxury service environments preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar management, and communication tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
