Responsibilities
- Compliance & Safety: Support compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements by maintaining records, coordinating inspections, and preparing audit documentation. Assist in safety drills, emergency preparedness, and incident follow-up, escalating risks or non-compliance promptly.

- Skills & Competencies: Basic knowledge of M&E/HVAC/fire safety systems, contractor coordination, and documentation. Comfortable with reporting tools (Excel/trackers) and compliance requirements.
- Work Attributes: Hands-on, customer-oriented, proactive, organized, and calm under pressure. Strong follow-up skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders, and eager to learn and improve processes.
