Plant F&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute small-scale projects.
• Engage in the creation of models and conduct analyses.
• Identify key business building opportunities.
• Ensure processes are conducted in accordance with current standards.
• Prepare materials for the team to influence leaders.

• Monthly salary starting from 200000 rubles gross
• Annual bonus
• Relocation and housing support ( 22 000 RUB net/month ) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

• Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of sales policies and experience in cost analysis is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of financial systems and tools is a plus.
