You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to implement scalable, integrated systems that streamline operational workflows, improve service delivery, and support intelligent automation. ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, TSOM Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain solutions built on ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB, with a focus on TSOM architecture and development to support incident, request, problem, change, and service operations workflows. Lead data migration activities to transform and migrate ITSM, CMDB, and TSOM data into ServiceNow as a high-priority task. Enterprise Integration: Develop and integrate ServiceNow with Telecom order management systems to support end-to-end order orchestration, lifecycle tracking, and downstream fulfillment workflows. U se ServiceNow for Day 2 assurance by developing and maintaining scalable server-side logic, workflows, and automation that support operational stability, incident resolution, and ongoing service visibility.
