Technician Executive (Facilities Management - West) DT

About the role

Job Responsibilities Support the day-to-day operations of facilities management and maintenance activities Coordinate and monitor maintenance works for building, M&E, and critical facility systems Conduct routine inspections, identify operational issues, and follow up on corrective actions Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with service standards Monitor service performance and support the achievement of operational KPIs Assist in facility upgrading projects, feasibility studies, and improvement initiatives Prepare maintenance reports, records, and operational documentation Support fire safety management activities, including drills, briefings, and emergency preparedness exercises Promote sustainability and Green Mark initiatives within the facility Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams and stakeholders Be available to respond to urgent operational issues and emergencies when required Job Requirements Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Estate Management, or related discipline Minimum 5-10 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance environments Good knowledge of M&E systems, building services, and facilities operations Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and maintenance activities Familiarity with workplace safety, fire safety, and regulatory requirements Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification, GMAP, or GMFM certification will be an advantage Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to: Debbie Tan (debbie.tan@elitez.asia) By submitting any application or résumé to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us disclosing your personal information to prospective employers for their consideration.
