JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Workplace Empowerment Training Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Workplace Empowerment Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector. This role focusses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) Generally Located In CONUS - Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC and Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid - On/Off Client Site and Virtual. Delivering workplace empowerment learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance. The Workplace Empowerment Training program equips civilian professionals, supervisors, and emerging leaders with practical strategies for creating an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture. Participants learn how to foster accountability, strengthen employee ownership, improve engagement, and support professional growth through contemporary leadership and organizational development practices. Through coaching, facilitated learning, collaborative exercises, and applied workforce development techniques, participants gain tools to cultivate trust, resilience, innovation, and sustained organizational performance.
