In this role, you will be required to provide primary support to the Regional Vice-President in the overall management and efficiencies of the Region. As well as offer support to all members of the team in the form of planning and executing various sales support and Regional Sales Team Meetings. The role involves administrative functions (listed below) with the balance dedicated to problem solving and business analysis supporting the RVP. What will you do? Co-ordinate all Regional Sales Team Meetings (approximately 8 a year) including researching and developing the agenda, any bookings, development, and creation of PowerPoint presentations and managing event budgets. Provide primary administrative support to Regional VP, including calendar and events management. Liaise with different stakeholders, including Compliance, Cash Management, IT, Marketing, Product and HR to ensure that all operational processes and control standards are implemented. Onboarding and off boarding procedures to create a smooth transition for all new and departing employees. Create, develop, and analyze Regional reports on sales activities, opportunities, tracking gaps and success measurements within the Region, through the use of Salesforce. Strategic business development and planning contributor to weekly, monthly, quarterly executive meetings. Responsible for oversight and required changes on a monthly basis in regard to the alignment of sales targets and results which have a direct correlation to the Sales Incentive Plan Results. Organize, plan, and execute business and social events, including offsite locations. Maintain email distribution lists to ensure effective and timely communications to the regional sales team. Liaise with sales management, distribution partners, and Sales Support Team as required by Regional VP. Manage conflicting demands and demonstrate a high regard for confidentiality, demonstrate and have a high- level of judgment around matters affecting the executive sales leaders and other senior executives. Prepare documents, emails, Excel sales reports, PowerPoint presentations with expertise and very little oversight. Manage corporate visa for RVP, ensuring that policies and budgets are managed, monitored, and successfully planned in the current year and future planning years. Conducts monthly audits on expense spending and activity by the Sales Team Track regional budgets; reporting expenses and payments; establish and forecast meeting budgets; reconcile conference bills/ invoices and authorize for payment; prepare meeting cost summary and identify cost savings What do you need to succeed? Requirement is VERY strong Excel skills. and experience with little direction creating Powerpoint creatively. And of course other Microsoft applications. You love to analyze and create solutions leveraging Excel. Independent critical thinker and self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude to figure things out on your own. Highly proactive, very organized and keen eye to attention for detail. Excellent communications skills, both Verbal and written in English Strong collaboration skills, willingness to learn, and strong problem resolution skills. You enjoy working in a dynamic and ever busy environment, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and under tight deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. College or University degree 3-4 years' experience in this type of work environment Ability to understand the business and make decisions.
