Responsibility Participate in weekly meetings and presentations to align on project updates and objectives. Prepare and generate technical reports to document findings, performance, and improvements. Support on‑site installations and troubleshooting , including diagnosis and tool performance enhancement. Act as a liaison between customers and business units , ensuring solutions meet technical and operational requirements. Execute process optimization, yield enhancement, and productivity improvement projects to drive efficiency. Manage new tool acceptance qualifications and recipe editing , with flexibility to perform ad‑hoc shift work when required.
