As Commercial Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the commercial performance of Twinpack Noordwijkerhout. You will drive the further development of the commercial organization, increase revenue, and expand into new markets. You will build on the strong foundation already in place and take the next steps in: Strengthening commercial effectiveness; Further developing the commercial team; Achieving sustainable growth with existing and new customers. You will report to the Commercial Director and Site Manager and provide both direct and indirect leadership to a team of sales professionals. Direction & Strategy Define the commercial strategy for Twinpack and translate it into concrete growth plans. Identify opportunities in the market, among customers, and within the product portfolio, and successfully capitalize on them. Results & Growth Deliver revenue and margin targets. Strengthen relationships with key accounts while developing new business opportunities. Monitor commercial performance and implement targeted improvement actions where needed. Leadership & Development Coach and develop the commercial team to the next level. Foster ownership, accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture. Bring structure and professionalism to ways of working. Collaboration & Relationships Work closely with the Sales Support, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams. Ensure strong alignment between commercial and operational processes. Represent Twinpack in the market and towards customers. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree level (HBO) with a completed education, preferably in a commercial field; At least 10 years of experience in a commercial environment, including several years in a senior leadership role (preferably within the horticultural sector); Strong strategic insight and the ability to translate strategy into tangible business results; Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships; Inspiring leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams; A pragmatic, hands-on mindset and visibility within day-to-day operations; Strong commercial drive, results orientation, and market-focused thinking.
