About the role
Core Responsibilities Talent Management / Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, job postings, interviewing, offer negotiation, orientation, and onboarding. Post job advertisements on various platforms, including newspapers, online job portals, schools' portals, community center portals and recruitment agencies and ensuring compliance with relevant recruitment legislation and guidelines. Input employees' master records in the Human Resource Management System (HMS); ensure accuracy and completeness of onboarding and offboarding documents and requirements. Handle all employment pass applications and renewals for Work Permit (WP) Facilitate the offboarding process, including exit interviews and clearance procedures. Manage processes for staff confirmation, staff contract renewal and resignation. Compile and prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management review, including monitoring headcount changes. Job requirements Diploma in Business or equivalent preferred Possess experience in recruitment Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Able to adapt to change and a good team player Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside)
