Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate carpentry site works to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Lead and manage carpenters, subcontractors, and other site workers.
• Monitor site progress, ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site technical issues.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare site reports, document work progress, and update management regularly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a site supervisor, preferably in carpentry or interior fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of carpentry works, woodworking tools, and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Able to work under tight schedules and willing to travel to various sites.
