Additional Information

Weekly office requirement: 3 days per week Employment type: Permanent Seniority level: Mid-senior Language: All stages of the recruitment process will be conducted in English At GWI we're always looking for extraordinary people who thrive on making an extraordinary impact. Right now we're looking for an Executive Assistant to play a key role in our Business Assistance team in London. If that's you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary. Sounds great, what will I be doing? ๐Ÿค” As our Executive Assistant you'll be the engine that keeps our Executive Team moving. You'll provide high-quality, proactive support to three senior leaders - helping them stay focused, organised, and ahead of the curve. This isn't a heads-down admin role; it's a high-trust, high-impact position at the centre of a fast-moving, data-driven business. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to the Executive Team, from highly confidential communications to forward planning, travel, and events. You'll work closely with our existing EA team in a collaborative, autonomous environment where your ideas and initiative are genuinely encouraged. A few things you'll be responsible for: ๐Ÿ‘‰ Diary management and gatekeeping for the Executive Team - prioritising, protecting, and structuring their time so they can focus on what matters most ๐Ÿ‘‰ Managing all business travel logistics, including visas, itineraries, and expenses ๐Ÿ‘‰ Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Executive Team, including sensitive and confidential matters ๐Ÿ‘‰ Supporting the circulation of board and leadership packs and ensuring actions are followed up ๐Ÿ‘‰ Organising meetings, off-sites, lunches, dinners, and office events - from logistics to hospitality ๐Ÿ‘‰ Supporting the smooth running of the UK office, including onboarding of senior hires and assisting during large exec-facing events It's also fun; shaking things up is what working for GWI is all about. You'll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment. What do I need to bring with me? ๐Ÿงณ You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. Here's what the team will be looking for in you: ๐Ÿ‘‰ Proven EA experience supporting C-suite leaders ๐Ÿ‘‰ Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-change environments - you take initiative and act without needing constant direction ๐Ÿ‘‰ 2-3+ years of EA experience, with the instincts and trust needed to work at this level ๐Ÿ‘‰ Strong diary management and travel coordination skills, with high attention to detail and confidentiality ๐Ÿ‘‰ High proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft packages ๐Ÿ‘‰ Excellent communication skills - clear, professional, and able to represent senior leaders with care ๐Ÿ‘‰ Experience in tech, SaaS, or growth companies is a plus - as is familiarity with AI tools Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). Those are our values, and they're a big part of what we're looking for in you. Why Join Us A pivotal moment to join GWI - we have an exciting opportunity ahead and you'll be right at the centre of it, working directly with our Executive Team to help them achieve big goals Real autonomy and impact from day one - you'll have the space to shape this role, implement new processes, and bring fresh ideas. We don't micromanage; we trust you to own it A brilliant team to work with - collaborative, supportive, and genuinely fun. You'll be joining an EA team that has each other's backs A role that grows with you - as GWI grows, so does the scope of this position. It's a great place to build a long-term career in executive support What We Offer ๐Ÿง˜ At GWI, you'll find meaningful work, visible impact, and a culture that empowers you to do your best. Our package includes: Time to recharge - 25 days' annual leave, plus office closures over the holidays. Health & wellbeing - Health cash plan, enhanced family benefits, carer days, and mental health support. Financial benefits - Competitive salary, 4% pension matching, and recognition programs that celebrate success. Flexibility & balance - Flexitime, early Friday finishes, hybrid and remote options, plus a "work from home" budget. Career growth - Accredited learning, leadership development, and global career mobility. Community & impact - DE&I initiatives, volunteering opportunities, donation matching, and payroll giving. Put all that together and GWI is the friendliest, most fulfilling place any of us has ever worked.
