Assist in the enforcement of Expeditors' Operational Process Standards, policies and procedures Ensure compliance with CFRs relating to import and export shipments Ensure compliance with Denied Party Screening, sanctions and embargoes Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance policies and procedures Stay current with changes in trade regulations and assess their impact on operations Additional Duties include but not limited to: Internal Reviews and Daily Monitoring Maintaining up to date information with pertinent transportation publications Post Entry writing reviews, reports, activities and trends Prepare and hold training sessions for operational staff Compliance comprehension and high ethical standards 2 years or more of agent or operations experience within logistics or customs brokerage network.
