Liquid Personnel currently have a short-term vacancy for an Occupational Therapist to join our Disabilities Early Intervention & Prevention (EIP) Team in Conwy. The EIP Team provides short, outcome-focused interventions for individuals and families, helping them build resilience and better manage their daily lives and circumstances. What will your responsibilities be? Deliver direct OT services to people with disabilities. Work with parents, carers, and families to provide support and strengthen resilience. Complete screening assessments and make initial recommendations for appropriate responses to need. Carry out safeguarding activity where required. Ensure people with disabilities, their parents, carers, and families are at the centre of decision-making about their lives and desired outcomes.
