Program Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (Assistant Dean of Assessment) in the U.S. Naval Community College of US NAVAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the Gs-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing accreditation, grant outcomes reporting, and specialty accreditation processes; 2) Assessing data analysis and reporting tools, and survey software; 3) Applying quantitative and qualitative assessment methodologies for outcomes and outputs while promoting the validity and reliability of assessment instruments; 4) Transforming assessment data into actionable insights through excellent communication and interpersonal skills and presenting the collected data to diverse audiences; and 5) Developing and presenting briefings, papers, articles, and peer-reviewed publications.
