  • Ability to schedule and perform preventative and corrective maintenance procedures and repairs.
  • Ability to write detailed technical reports and analyses.
  • Ability to develop a working knowledge of computer systems software and operating systems.
  • Ability to develop systems software and systems software testing procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our server environments, focusing on routine server maintenance, infrastructure application support, and comprehensive vulnerability patching to safeguard our systems. As a key member of our IT team, you will also oversee enterprise backup and storage operations, ensuring data integrity and business continuity. Furthermore, you will be tasked with hosting, configuring, and maintaining critical virtual server environments, including IIS and other business-specific services. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation in server ecosystems and a commitment to maintaining a robust, secure and highly available infrastructure.
