About the role

The new Head of ERP Reporting Platforms is accountable for all ERP Reporting technology & platforms across the enterprise as Haleon progresses through its E nterprise T ransformatio n from ECC to S/4 and forms a foundational capability for the implementation of AI across the enterprise . Haleon will adopt a cutting edge & highly optimised S/4 BDC based reporting technology stack , introducing a step change in ERP reporting & analytics technology to the company & unlock a new level of AI & Agentic enablement to Accelerate the delivery of Haleon's Ambition . T hrough a multi-year transition this role will manage both existing and new , maintaining ECC based technology alongside the new S/4 & BDC technologies and delivering the crucial integration across both systems . The Head of ERP Reporting platforms plays a key role in ensuring both the significant uplift in reporting capability required , plus the business-critical requirement for global statutory and regulatory reporting requirements inherent in an enterprise reporting capability. You will join a highly capable world class team under strong and clear leadership and leverage your direct and partner team resources to deliver a transformational outcome .

Responsibilities

  • For the existing SAP ERP and new SAP S/4 HANA BDC based reporting & analytics capabilities :
  • Accountable for all ERP Reporting & Technology in Haleon .
  • T echnical implantation of a fully adopted BDC native S/4 ERP Reporting Technology Stack and Data Product Catalogue founded alongside an S/4 ERP implementation with a Clean Core first design principle .
  • Maintenance of a scaled and sophisticated ECC based reporting technology stack.
  • Integration of reporting data from existing to new and manage transitional states during a multi-year transformation programme.
  • Implementation of a unified set of Curated Data Products for interfacing to downstream systems.
  • Leverage a combination of in-house resource plus scaled partner resource to effectively combine and deliver reporting transformation outcomes to the organisation.
  • Business continuity of business critical statutory and regulatory reporting before, during and after transformation and system migration, maintaining auditability and compliance where relevant with SOX and GxP .
  • Consolidation of an extensive report catalogue into a focused and optimised core reporting portfolio to deliver reliable and timely analytics insights to the Haleon Business.
  • Own L2 and L3 support services for in scope reporting platforms .
  • Through the delivery of the above, enable the direct and indirect implementation of AI at scale.
  • Governance & Decision-Making
  • Resolve ERP Reporting service issues, conflicts, and dependencies.
  • Minimise deviations to global standards and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
  • Define process KPIs, controls, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
  • Cross- team Collaboration
  • Collaborate directly with the Chief Data Office to integrate ERP data into the Haleon Global Data Lake as part of a parallel transformation in Enterprise Data & Data Management.
  • Partner with Business Process Owners , Solution Leads, Architects, IT Business Partners, Process Experts, and Business Users to ensure seamless ERP Reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Platforms, Service , Compliance Cyber Secu rity , Architecture, Testing, and Change teams.

Requirements

  • Direct hands - on e xperience in SAP S /4 Private Cloud Reporting & Analytics.
  • Deep technical specialist expertise in the SAP S/4 Reporting technology landscape .
  • Experience in heading or leading a large SAP S/4 HANA Reporting practice at enterprise scale is a must
