About the position: This position will be assigned to the Farish Recreation Area, Air Force Academy, Colorado. This position does not include benefits. Who May Apply: Open to everyone. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Applicant must have experience in general clerical work of any kind in which the applicant has demonstrated ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade level of the position to be filled. Must have the ability to operate a motor vehicle in a safe manner. This position requires the incumbent to be able to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds. Uncommon tour of duty. A Local Files Check (LFC) and National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) are required. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
