You will be responsible for managing deliverables across a multi- disciplinary team of individuals . REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Planning Work with well-being leadership a nd project team s to develop strategic priorities . Work in collaboration to build and manage a system to translate strategies into action, establish goals and objectives , prioritize key objectives , and support the team in achieving success. Strategize , recommend , and build portfolio infrastructure necessary to execute selected projects & processes. Project Management Accountable for simultaneously managing a portfolio of multiple, complex projects across project types (e.g., design, innovation, implementation) and stakeholders (patients, clinicians, researchers) . Responsible for balancing both portfolio-level work and individual projects from a variety of stakeholders and topics simultaneously. Develop and manage a nimble, adaptive project structure and governance . Execute project s with the urgency required to deliver business value. Successfully plan for and manage project risks and recognize/ take action when risks become issues. Communication & Relationship Management Analyze project communication needs and generate communication plan to successfully m anage communication s and relationships with key project stakeholder s, both internal and external . Compose, edit, and deliver written and verbal communications tailored to the audience . Facilitate small and large group meetings and collaborations . Excellent soft skills to actively listen, build and maintain effective relationships, and change at the required pace to meet the project needs. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field 6 years related experience ; including strong understanding of project management methodologies and practical application in a fast-paced environment PMP certification Preferred : Experience in healthcare , clinical/public health , and/or employee well-being within a healthcare setting are highly preferred Knowledge of agile project management principles Primary Location Offices at Vernon Place Schedule Full time Shift Day (United States of America) Department AC Hospital Operations Employee Status Regular FTE 1 Weekly Hours 40 *Expected Starting Pay Range *Annualized pay may vary based on FTE status $91,520.00 - $116,688.00 At Cincinnati Children's, we come to work with one goal: to make children's health better.
