Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and emerging platforms aligned to business goals
- Analyze campaign performance, conduct deep dives, and identify actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale
- Partner with performance marketing leadership to develop and refine paid media strategies
- Launch campaigns end-to-end, including research, audience development, competitive analysis, and platform best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, creative, and measurement
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform innovations to continuously enhance performance
- What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and paid social marketing
- Strong expertise in PPC principles, tools, and campaign optimization methodologies
- Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
- Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action
