Responsibilities

  • The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group.
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.
  • Drive advertising investment for TikTok by seeking partnerships with brands across Lead Gen and Services industries (Professional Services, Beauty Services, Education, Auto, Travel, Telco...).
  • Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients.
  • Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Update clients on TikTok products and developments by educating clients and agencies on best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media/mobile apps/digital and mobile marketing.
  • Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
  • Proven performance wins the support of key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Proven experience or a strong working knowledge of Lead Gen or related service-based client sectors is highly desirable.
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English is required to communicate and correspond directly with multi-national partners.
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
  • A team player and collaborator, can do attitude.
  • Passion for TikTok marketing and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
  • Familiarity with lead generation solutions is preferred.
