JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 25% - Health Workforce and Career Pathway Program Management o Manage and coordinate health workforce development initiatives designed to increase awareness of clinical, public health, behavioral health, and healthcare administration careers. o Support implementation of LSU Health Affairs workforce pipeline strategies and educational outreach initiatives. o Coordinate activities that promote healthcare career awareness among K-12 students, college students, and community audiences. o Monitor program activities, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. 20% - Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Development o Serve as a liaison among LSU campuses, LDH, healthcare organizations, school systems, workforce agencies, and community partners. o Coordinate meetings, communications, and collaborative activities supporting workforce and education initiatives. o Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to expand program participation and impact. o Support development of new partnerships that advance LSU Health Affairs priorities. 20% - Program and Health Career Fair/Education Leadership o Plan, coordinate, and manage health careers fairs, health educational workshops, community outreach events, and related initiatives. o Lead event logistics, scheduling, communications, and participant engagement.
