About the role

Job Description: Maintain the company's brand image and monitor customer reviews and feedback on social media platforms. Assemble, maintain, service, and repair bicycles and bicycle components. Communicate with customers regarding their bicycles, including maintenance and repair requirements. Accurately record all maintenance and repair activities. Assist the retail team in serving and supporting customers. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's brands, products, and operational processes. Job Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School qualification, GCE 'O' Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/ALevel, College Diploma, Professional Certificate, NITEC, or equivalent in anyfield. Previous experience in a professional workshop or knowledge of bicycle mechanics is preferred. Basic knowledge of the bicycle industry and a strong interest in bicycles are an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality. A good team player with a cheerful attitude. Able to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback. Able to work and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on approach to work and physically fit. Keen and willing to learn. Participate in weekly bike rides to build rapport and engage with customers. Willing to work long hours, especially on weekends. Able to work a 6-day work week on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Able to start work immediately is preferred.
