Responsibilities

  • As a Facility Manager, you are responsible enabling and securing the smooth operation of the site portfolio by delivering optimized, qualitative and cost-efficient facility management services that meet business needs and support both short and long-term asset performance.
  • You will:
  • Lead and manage the full facility management scope, including technical installations, maintenance, cleaning, waste, pest, and building management across sites
  • Drive sourcing, procurement, and supplier management, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with contracts and standards
  • Monitor portfolio condition, plan lifecycle and investment activities, and support renovations and rebuilds to optimize long-term performance
  • Ensure maintenance planning and execution, securing safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations
  • Manage data, systems, and financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, and budget alignment
  • Drive energy management initiatives, improving efficiency and supporting sustainability goals
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align facility plans with business needs and support operational excellence
  • WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
  • You'll collaborate with Store and Area teams, Sales Market functions, and global Facility Management teams. You'll also partner with suppliers, landlords, and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Procurement, Operations) to ensure aligned and high-quality delivery.
  • This role will be reporting to the Expansion Manager.

Requirements

  • Have a degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business, or similar, or equivalent experience
  • Bring 3+ years of experience in Facility Management, construction, or real estate
  • Have strong knowledge of facility operations, supplier management, and contract delivery
