Patient Service Associate / Clinic Assistant (Permanent Part-time)

Requirements

• Must be able to work at least 2 weekday mornings and 1 weekend morning
• Able to work occasional additional shifts when required, including weekday nights and weekend mornings, with flexibility to cover colleagues' shifts when available
• Applicants with, or currently pursuing, GCE 'A' Levels, IB, Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• No experience required - training provided
• Good computer skills and customer service skills
• A team player with humility, responsibility and a strong work ethic

We're a friendly medical clinic in Yishun (shuttle bus available from Yishun Interchange) looking for caring and responsible team members to join us! Job Responsibilities: You will play an important role in supporting our clinic's daily operations, including: Register patients & handle phone/walk-in enquiries Dispense medication & process payments Assist doctor during simple procedures (e.g. chaperoning, setting up equipment, performing vision tests and urine tests, preparing lab tubes/forms and taking vital signs) Submit CHAS/PG/HSG/Medisave claims Maintain cleanliness & order in clinic Pack/top up medications and supplies
