Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technician schedules and appointments
• Answer customer calls and provide updates
• Support dispatching and daily operations
• Keep service records accurate and organized
• Help create smooth, positive customer experiences

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience preferred
• Experience in home services is helpful but not required - we'll train the right person.
• Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, and enjoy helping both customers and teammates succeed.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
