About the role
As the Senior Manager, Global Accounts Receivable , you will oversee the strategy for contacting past-due customers and resolving delinquency. Cross-functional leadership: Actively collaborate with other finance functional areas to ensure global alignment. The qualifications you need: 8+ years in Accounts Receivable / Collections, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing global or multi-regional teams Proven track record of reducing DSO, improving cash flow, and minimizing bad debt Leadership: Experience building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing collections teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Systems & Tools: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP , Oracle NetSuite ) and collections tools; strong Excel/financial modeling skills required Data & Analytics: Ability to translate large datasets into actionable insights; experience with forecasting models and KPI tracking (DSO, aging, recovery rates) Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Billing, and Finance leadership to drive alignment and results Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; an additional European language (Spanish, French, German) is of advantage Mindset: Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity with a continuous improvement mindset Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
