Purpose The Training Specialist II supports the design, delivery, coordination, and administration of employee development and engagement initiatives within University Housing and Dining (UHD). Working closely with the Senior Training Coordinator and Senior Training Specialist, this role helps ensure employees have access to clear, effective, and well-organized learning experiences that support onboarding, skill development, and workplace expectations. This position plays a key operational role within the Employee Development and Engagement (EDE) team and provides hands-on support for training facilitation, logistics, and learning management system administration.
