As the security operations associate, primary responsibility is to Monitor, review CCTV, and identify the root cause of the alarms that are triggered by the system. Position Responsibilities Monitor, review CCTV, and identify the root cause of the alarms that are triggered by the system Download badge reads of specific alarms for investigation Coordinate with POC to escalate to GSOC any anomalies and suspicious activity found in an area and create incident reports and dispatch security officers when needed Coordinate with POC and create ticket for camera or door issues that hinder review/monitoring Conduct investigation on irregular activities that may compromise data center and overall site securities
