Additional Information

Radiance Technologies is seeking a targeting trainer to support training United States Space Force Guardians and/or US Army Soldiers in Colorado Springs, CO. The trainer will coach, mentor, and evaluate students on all aspects of the Joint Targeting Cycle and Joint Targeting Principles in accordance with the applicable Joint Publications. This position requires a talented individual with prior Joint Targeting experience, the ability to teach and communicate with students effectively, and the understanding to create and maintain a self-sustained course. The targeting trainer must be willing to travel globally to support mobile training teams, as needed. Responsible for the following tasks Provide targeting subject matter expertise on all manners of Joint Targeting through target development and target execution. Prepare, maintain, and update the targeting course(s) as necessary. Develop and maintain student records, providing them to the course director. Required Skills Attendance and graduation from at least one Joint Staff Targeting course OR 1 year of operational time in a Joint Targeting billet. Familiarization with the formal nomination and validation of targets at either the Component Command or Combatant Command level. A Firm understanding of the operational and legal differences between traditional kinetic and non-kinetic targeting frameworks. Strong familiarity with the current Joint Force inventory of space electromagnetic warfare systems and their ground-based operational capabilities. Comprehensive understanding of the technical differences between types of satellite communications technologies used globally. Thorough understanding of the Intelligence Community Proven ability to actively maintain a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS / SCI) security clearance. Required Experience Proven track record of successfully supporting Joint Targeting activities in support of a Component Command or Combatant Command
