Your Day to Day As a Manager, Business Development , you would be working on: Pipeline Generation & Strategy - You will lead a team of 10 BDRs to build high-quality top-of-funnel pipeline across the UCC business . Team Leadership & Coaching - You will coach, develop, and mentor early-career sales talent through structured 1:1s, call coaching, and pipeline reviews, helping build a strong talent bench for the broader organization. Sales Execution & Pipeline Quality - You will run rigorous BDR/AE opportunity reviews, challenge pipeline quality, and ensure the team delivers qualifie d opport unities that convert into revenue. Operational Excellence & Innovation - You will analyze performance data, implement structured team cadences, and drive adoption of AI and automation tools to scale personalized outreach and improve efficiency.
