Asia Medical Enviro Services is a market leader in medical and bio-hazardous waste collection, treatment and disposal in Singapore. We are located near Tuas Crescent MRT station, a 10-minute bus journey. Job Responsibilities: Monitor plant performance and ensure minimum downtime. Plan and schedule manpower weekly or monthly duty roster. Lead root cause analysis by identifying recurring issues, troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions. Support plant improvement initiatives. Liaise with vendors and contractors and negotiate for cost efficient services. Ensure Plant operations comply with existing safety regulations through regular inspections, risk assessments and permit-to-work management. Ensure plant comply with ISO standard and internal or external audit. Support plant maintenance and testing activities. Support Inventory management Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or instrumentation & control engineering or other relevant fields. 2 - 3 years of relevant E&I maintenance experience in chemical plant would be preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. On-the-Job training will be provided. Problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure during plant shutdowns.
