Responsible to execute, maintain and support day-to day operation, programs, and new processes. They administer the recruitment process in Workday and other technologies, own the candidate communication funnel from interview to onboarding, audit our systems to find source of bad data, and support on projects designed to improve the tech or operations systems. They work with moderate supervision and their work is reviewed for accuracy. This role will partner directly with key stakeholders including recruiters, candidate, hiring manager, Human resources information system (HRIS), Information technology, immigration, compensation, and legal.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve escalations from candidate.
- Administrative tasks are rotated between individuals in TA Operations and may include but is not limited to: Contractor conversion
- Relocation Management
- Ad hoc reporting requests
- Participate in completing testing for process automation, improvements, M&A.
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administration or related fields.
- Intermediate Excel Skills.
- Additional Preferred Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with Workday recruiting platform, scheduling software, customer relationship management system (CRM), and employee onboarding software.
