We're looking for a Sr. People Operations Specialist who cares deeply about doing the work well and making the work better. People Operations is where process, service, systems, and employee experience all come together. In this role, you'll help ensure critical lifecycle moments run smoothly while also improving how the work gets done. You'll support complex employee needs, keep data accurate and reliable, and look for smarter, simpler ways to deliver high-quality service at scale. You'll partner closely with HRBPs, People Technology, Payroll, Total Rewards, Finance, IT, and external providers to keep operations running well and continuously improve the experience behind them. The Day to Day Own and execute complex employee lifecycle processes including pre-boarding, onboarding, employee changes, internal transfers, leaves, terminations, and offboarding with accuracy, care, and strong coordination Maintain high standards of employee data integrity in Dayforce and related systems, ensuring records are accurate, compliant, auditable, and dependable for downstream teams and processes Serve as a trusted point of contact for complex employee and stakeholder questions, providing timely support with sound judgment, empathy, and a strong service mindset Support and continuously improve core People Operations programs and processes in alignment with company policy, regulatory requirements, and regional practices Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and create a better employee and manager experience Partner with People Technology and HRIS stakeholders on system improvements, testing, rollouts, self-service enhancements, workflow automation, and documentation Help modernize People Operations by supporting practical uses of automation and AI that improve service delivery, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiency while maintaining strong controls and accuracy Administer employee programs and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors across benefits, leave administration, documentation, and other operational programs Perform audits, reviews, and quality checks to identify issues, resolve root causes, and prevent repeat errors Create and maintain clear employee-facing and internal documentation including contracts, forms, compliance materials, playbooks, and process guidance Provide support across regions and act as a reliable operational partner during peak periods, organizational changes, and cross-functional initiatives What success looks like Employee lifecycle processes are executed accurately, compliantly, and with a consistently strong employee experience Employee data and documentation are reliable, current, and well maintained Employees, managers, and stakeholders receive responsive, knowledgeable support on complex People Operations matters Process improvements reduce friction, improve consistency, and make the function easier to scale Technology, automation, and AI are applied in practical ways that improve service quality without losing the human touch The role is seen as a trusted operational partner and a meaningful contributor to the future of People Operations at Docebo Your Superpowers 5+ ye
