About the role
This is a hands-on, active role where no two days are the same. You will support across daily routines, education, and community engagement, helping to create a fulfilling and structured lifestyle. Key Requirements (Essential) - Minimum 2 years' experience supporting individuals with autism - Must be able to reliably commute to Horsham - Full UK driving licence required - Previous UK work experience required - Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
