POSITION SUMMARY The Facilities Technician is responsible for planning, coordinating and problem solving facilities functions including maintenance, HVAC, grounds, mechanical, electrical and housekeeping. This role will direct and coordinate internal, contracted, vendor or maintenance personnel to maintain building operations. The Facilities Technician will work independently and under supervision as needed. This position will be located onsite in Appleton, WI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate facilities functions including maintenance, HVAC, grounds, mechanical, electrical and housekeeping Serve as the contact for lawn, grounds, and snow removal services Maintain oversight on HVAC systems and provides minor repairs and/or adjustments as needed Perform general minor repairs/maintenance as needed Act as a building liaison for major installation/repairs that are subcontracted to outside contractors Provide instruction and training to other associates working for the facilities/buildings Available on call after hours May operate a company vehicle
