Supervisor de Mantenimiento Prensas Objetivo del puesto: Coordinar, supervisar y ejecutar los planes de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de los equipos. Asegurar la máxima disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos (enfocado en prensas, hornos de combustión y grúas viajeras y liderando al equipo técnico). Responsabilidades: Liderar, capacitar y evaluar al equipo de técnicos a su cargo. Organizar turnos y asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad (LOTO, trabajos en alturas, espacios confinados). Supervisar la correcta operación y diagnóstico de fallas en prensas progresivas, hornos de combustión y grúas viajeras Diagnosticar fallas y realizar modificaciones menores o mejoras utilizando PLC Allen-Bradley y sistemas de control eléctrico/electrónico. Administrar el presupuesto asignado al área, controlar el gasto operativo y gestionar el almacén de refacciones críticas para garantizar el stock sin generar sobreinventario. Llenado y seguimiento de todas las plataformas de Seguridad, Producción, Registros de entrenamiento (Safety Score Card) Resuelve gestiones de su personal y ofrece feedback constructivos y asesoramientos Participar en la coordinación de proyectos (de mejora en los procesos) Participar en contratación de nuevo personal de prensas.
