Manufacturing Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• ●Responsible for managing cleanroom garments, consumables, cleaning agents and disinfectants purchase and inventory.
• ●Overseeing and coordinating external cleanroom garment laundry services.
• ●Assist in overseeing site cleaning and disinfection activities.
• ●Be responsible for production waste being generated during biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ensuring proper handling and disposal by contractor per EHS requirements.
• ●Conduct investigation of deviation that has been assigned by the team lead, supporting site internal/external audits and change control management.
• ●Perform other tasks that have been assigned by the team lead.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent technical school or diploma certification in life science, biological science, microbiology, chemistry with at least 3-4 years working experience in a biopharmaceutical or equivalent industry.
• Familiar with using SAP system is a must, basic cleaning agents and disinfectants, GMP cleanroom and contamination control knowledge.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry operation is preferred.
• Good teamwork ability, strong sense of responsibility, communication ability and execution.
• Demonstrate good communication and comprehension abilities.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess good multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• 6 months contract, subject to extension
