Manufacturing Manager

About the role

Set, maintain and meet Manufacturing Goal & Objective and KPI Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, supervise team to ensure that production quantity and quality targets are met Monitor capacity vs Demand, plan manpower and equipment resources. Ensure production practices comply to 6S practice, company process, ISO and internal standard requirement Oversee troubleshooting of product, quality and equipment, anticipate potential operational issues and derive appropriate corrective actions Liaise closely with Manufacturing Engineer, Quality, Warehouse, Materials and other supporting department to make sure no down time on the line Be part of the production start-up team to implement production line and work-station set-up for assembly and sub assembly work - Support new product launches Partnering with departmental managers to create and maintain production planning schedule Implement Lean manufacturing practices Participate and prepare for customer audit To give timely and accurate feedback to Manager on daily and weekly update Ensures consistent on-time delivery and zero quality issue to customers Chair daily/ weekly/ monthly meetings with team members
