We are partnering with a well-established organisation in the cultural and knowledge space to hire a Programmes & Engagement Executive to drive exciting initiatives that connect people with Singapore's rich history and collections. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys planning programmes, engaging communities, and bringing content to life through both digital and on-ground experiences . 💼 What You'll Be Doing 🎯 Programme & Event Management Plan and coordinate engaging exhibition tours, ensuring smooth operations with volunteers and stakeholders Conceptualise and execute programmes (both physical and digital) to engage diverse audiences Support end-to-end event delivery, from ideation to execution 📣 Audience Engagement & Outreach Develop outreach strategies to better understand audience needs and increase engagement Promote exhibitions, collections, and programmes through creative initiatives Help grow awareness and participation across different community segments 🤝 Stakeholder Management Work closely with internal teams and external partners on programme planning and delivery Coordinate across multiple parties for content curation, publicity, and event logistics Build strong relationships with collaborators and volunteers 🛠️ Content & Operations Support Support content development, research, and programme materials Assist with publicity efforts, collateral creation, and administrative tasks ✅ What We're Looking For Experience in programme management, events, community engagement, or similar roles will be a strong advantage Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple projects Familiar with digital tools (e.g. design, video editing, or analytics platforms) Able to work evenings/weekends when required (ad-hoc; subject to events schedule) 🌟 Bonus if you: Have a keen interest in Singapore history, heritage, and culture Are comfortable emceeing or speaking at events ✨ Why Join Work on meaningful projects that celebrate and promote local heritage Gain hands-on experience across events, content, and audience engagement Collaborate with passionate teams and diverse stakeholders Be part of initiatives that make learning and culture accessible to the community If you enjoy bringing stories to life and creating impactful public experiences, we'd love to connect with you. -------------------------------------------------- Toh Weixiang,Eason EA Licence No:91C2918 PersonnelRegistration No: R25157824
