The Truck Tire Curing Setup Tech will: Setup and make mold changes for Truck Tire Curing Presses. Removal and installation of all bladders. Clean and drill venting in molds. Troubleshoot all curing presses and make minor adjustments as needed. Perform mold and bladder changes as needed. Perform other duties as directed by the Truck Tire Curing Shift Supervisor, and/or Department Manager. Troubleshoot curing presses, and make minor emergency adjustments. Build and tear down bladders. Ensure serial changes in molds. Perform MTC, and TPM. Tearing down and cleaning segmented molds, drilling molds, and cleaning of molds in press. Perform and adjust squeeze audits, cure cycle audits and cure temperature audits accordingly to specs. Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored. NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.
