We're looking for a Project Manager within Retail Operations to join us in Lisbon, Portugal. As Project Manager Retail Operations, you ensure stable day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of our global retail operations processes with a focus on order entry, Rx verification, and special customer order handling. You steer and further develop the operational setup, work closely with IT on automation and system improvements, and ensure compliant, robust processes across partners and countries in cooperation with Regulatory and the Customer Support Center. Your Role The role of Project Manager, Retail Operations will involve: Rx Verification Ensure stable operational execution of Rx verification across relevant channels and markets. Monitor performance, error patterns, and exceptions in Rx checks and initiate improvements. Align with IT and Customer Support Center on recurring Rx-related issues and their resolution. Order Entry Oversee the operational order entry flow and its integration into downstream processes. Analyze throughput times, error rates, and operational pain points in order capture. Support continuous optimization and automation of order entry steps together with IT. Special Customer Orders Act as the operational contact for special and complex customer orders. Define, document, and refine handling rules and workflows for non-standard cases. Coordinate with Commercial, Key Account Management, and Customer Support Center to ensure feasible and robust solutions. IT System Landscape & Automation Oversee the IT system landscape related to order entry, Rx verification, and special orders from an operations perspective. Collaborate with IT and Product Owners on automation ideas, system changes, and enhancements. Coordinate and support regular system testing (e.g. regression, functional checks) and validate that changes stabilize and improve operations. Compliance, New Partners & Countries Ensure operational processes remain compliant with regulatory and data protection requirements. Align with Regulatory and Legal to adapt or design processes for new partners and countries. Support preparation and execution of rollouts (e.g. process descriptions, trainings, operational readiness). Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects Work closely with the Customer Support Center to identify system and process issues early and prevent recurrences. Contribute as project manager or workstream lead to initiatives impacting retail operations. Stay open and flexible for new tasks and projects that further develop retail operations. As a Project Manager, Retail Operations you will have: 3-5 years of experience in operations, process management, or project management, ideally in a service- or system-driven environment. Practical experience in steering and improving operational processes, including working with IT on system and automation changes. Proven experience using AI-based tools or data-driven methods to analyze and improve operational processes. Ability to analyze data and process performance and derive concrete, implementable measures. You will ideally have: Confident working with ticketing, workflow, and/or order management systems; experience with testing and rollouts is a plus. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (IT, Customer Support Center, Regulatory, Commercial) and clear, structured communication.
