About the role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). All Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) positions are in the excepted service. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning and performing a variety of administrative and program management functions Providing or ensuring such services as case and records management, property management, budget-accounts tracking, timekeeping, transportation and employee travel. Identifying, compiling, extracting, interpreting, integrating, evaluating, and applying information from a wide variety of sources, performing management and measurement assignments, reporting findings, drawing conclusions, and solving an array of administrative and management/program analysis problems. Preparing administrative/program guidance, reports, letters, memos and forms, and reviewing these types of documents. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing administrative support which includes office budgeting, property management, arranging travel, data processing and files management, time and attendance issues. Providing support with report writing and submitting entries into databases.
