We are looking for a Team Leader, Shophouse to join our team! Job Responsibilities Support the F&B Manager in the day‑to‑day operations of Shophouse Lead and supervise the service team during shifts to ensure smooth operations and consistent service standards Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized guest service in line with Shangri‑La brand values Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, menu items, and service procedures Ensure hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards are consistently upheld Assist in onboarding, training, and coaching team members to enhance service performance Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and readiness for service Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally and promptly Conduct regular checks on outlet cleanliness, set‑up, and mise‑en‑place Support administrative duties, shift handovers, and special tasks as assigned Job Requirements Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of Food & Beverage service experience Strong passion for guest service and hospitality excellence Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards Ability to lead by example and work effectively within a team Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to perform well in a fast‑paced environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
