Event Forum Project Lead

About the role

You will serve as an EVENT FORUM PROJECT LEAD in the Office of the Director of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning and executing executive-level conferences, forums, and high- visibility events supporting senior Navy leadership; 2) Coordinating complex projects involving schedules, logistics, agendas, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful program execution; 3) Preparing executive correspondence, briefings, reports, and presentations for Flag Officers and senior leadership officials; 4) Analyzing operational and financial information to provide recommendations and support leadership decision-making; and 5) Communicating and collaborating with senior executives, government personnel, and external organizations on program initiatives and special events.
