The role We are looking for a QA Specialist who is fluent in both English and French Canadian to join our product and development team. The role will focus on testing our nephrology EMR software, with particular attention to quality, usability, localization, and customer-facing functionality. You will work closely with developers, product managers, QA colleagues, and business stakeholders to ensure our software is reliable, compliant, and suitable for use by both English- and French-Canadian users. This is a fully remote position based in Canada. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work standard Canadian business hours (Eastern Time preferred). Key responsibilities Develop an understanding of Clinical Computing's existing product set. Meet Clinical Computing's Development Quality Standards - as set out in the Company's ISO 13485 Quality System. Ensure all products are verified and validated in a manner to demonstrate traceability to the original requirements. Accountable for ensuring testing activities meet internal quality system requirements and are inspection-ready in line with ISO 13485 standards. Collaborate across teams to ensure new product features are defined, designed, and tested prior to release. Test new features, bug fixes, integrations, and product changes across the application. Review French-Canadian translations and validate that the terminology, wording, and user flows are appropriate for Canadian French-speaking users. Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases. Support regression testing, release testing, and verification activities. Clearly document defects, reproduction steps, expected results, and actual results. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and documentation.
